Every service on this site was written by us, for a need we actually had — and then operated by us, daily, before anyone else was let near it. If we would not run it ourselves, it does not ship.

02 About the lab
An independent lab. Small on purpose.
KaiCorp Labs writes the tools we wanted to exist and runs them on hardware we own. No growth team, no investors, no data to resell — which is why everything on this site can afford to be honest.
Open source
Take the code, not our word
All five projects are MIT-licensed on GitHub, with their security notes published alongside the code. Releases are container images built by CI from tagged commits, vulnerability-scanned before publishing, with provenance and an SBOM attached.
Accounts
Approved by a person
There is no open signup and no funnel. Each service has its own front door: ask for an account there, and a person reads the request and approves it — one identity works across all five.
The discipline
Measured, not assumed
Each repository documents what its service stores, what it never stores, and what was actually verified — not what we hope is true. When an audit finds something, the finding and the fix are written down where anyone can read them.
